Lauber L-ENZ Dryers

 

The Lauber L-ENZ dryer was designed to minimise the drying time of bulk solids, through a high-performance fan and heat-exchanger system.

 

The technology of the L-ENZ is second-to-none and optimises the drying process through its efficient power consumption, while maximising the thermal output. Lauber technology ensures that the optimum calorific value of material is reached through its drying process. Types of materials which can be dried include: woodchip, logs, grain, recycling material, digestate, wood-shavings and many more.

 

Each L-ENZ is custom built, completely assembled and delivered ready for operation. It can be used in conjunction with either drying containers or a dedicated drying floor area. Both options are provided with a specially manufactured ventilated floor to allow an equal air flow throughout the covered area.

 

The whole system is then controlled via a user-friendly control system providing maximum flexibility for the user to adapt to their drying needs.

  • Minimal electrical consumption – on average 1% – 3% of 100% thermal       output.
  • Can be used in connection with a Heizomat biomass boiler, biogas or CHP plant.
  • In-house plant layout design from your HeizomatGB team.
  • Larger heat exchangers to upgrade your L-ENZ unit (L-ENZ+ versions).
  • Typical drying time for wood chip is approx. 2 days for 55% – 20% moisture content.
  • Fan speed control according to pressure differential- avoiding unnecessary operation.
  • Bespoke ducting solutions according to client requirements.
